- Prize draw is open to anyone aged 18 or over who are UK residents. Draw not open to employees of Devitt Insurance Services Limited or anyone involved with the administration of this draw.
- The winner will receive one year's free motorcycle insurance up to the value of £500, arranged by Devitt Insurance Services Limited, to be taken within 12 months of the prize draw and the risk being acceptable to underwriters.
- One entry per person. Entries are made by going to www.devittinsurance.com and by completing a form online. Alternatively, send your name and address on a plain piece of paper or postcard to us for entry.
- The draw ends at midnight on 20th August 2006.
- No purchase necessary.
- Entries not submitted in accordance with these rules, delayed, damaged, incomplete, altered or illegible will be disqualified. Proof of posting will not be accepted as proof of entry.
- Winner will be drawn on 21st August 2006.
- Winner will be informed by post by 25th August 2006.
- No cash alternative is available. The judge´s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
- Winner agrees to take part in publicity in connection with the draw.
- If the prize is unclaimed after reasonable efforts have been made to contact the winner, the promoter will be entitled to dispose of the prize as it sees fit without any liability to the winner for having done so.
